Born York, Pa. 1968, North Carolina State University (B.S.C.E. magna cum laude, 1991; M.S.C.E. 1993; Ph.D. 1996); University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (J.D., 1999), Admitted to North Carolina State Bar, 1999, Admitted to Practice before all courts, including federal, in the state of North Carolina.

Practice Concentration: complex personal injury, toxic torts, business litigation, medical malpractice, and environmental litigation.

Mr. Malone applies his unique educational background, which includes a Ph.D. in environmental engineering, to represent individuals and companies in complex legal matters. For the past three years, Mr. Malone has particularly focused his efforts on helping children injured from exposure to harmful substances, including lead-based paint.
