Brady, Nordgren, Morton & Malone, PLLC offers estate planning legal services on a flat fee basis, rather than an hourly rate. The flat fee is based upon the relative complexity of your recommended documents and covers all client meetings, client communications, and document preparation. We feel the flat fee, rather than hourly billing, allows our clients to feel free to ask questions and make revisions throughout the process, without the fear of running up the cost of their plan. Our priority is to make sure that our clients fully understand the meaning of their legal documents and have confidence about the plan they are implementing.
